DID
YOU KNOW…?
Hollywood Beach is a barrier island only one block wide and four
miles long. Practically any where you go on Hollywood Beach it
is waterfront or water view. Ocean Drive (A1A) is the only road
which runs north and south along the Intracoastal water way. All
the other streets run one block from the intracoastal to the ocean.
HOLLYWOOD
IS LOCATED BETWEEN MIAMI BEACH AND FORT LAUDERDALE.
From
Miami – Take
US1 or I95 north to the Hallandale Beach Blvd.
East exit. Go all the way east, pass over the intracoastal
bridge to A1A (Ocean Drive) and turn left. Follow A1A north several
miles, pass under the Hollywood Boulevard Bridge and turn right
on Taylor Street. Follow Taylor down one block to Surf Road, turn
left, and the park at the next street, New York Street. Walk out
to the broadwalk and turn north – and there we are.
From Miami Beach
– Follow A1A north to Hollywood,
pass under the Hollywood Boulevard bridge and turn right on Taylor
Street. Follow Taylor down one block to Surf Road, turn left,
